BERNINA has been Jonathan’s and Karen’s personal machine of choice since 1995.  Though Jonathan has worked on every brand over his decades-long career, Karen never felt successful at sewing until she sat at her first BERNINA. She tells everyone, “If there’s a way for it to go wrong – I’ve found it.” But BERNINA machines are so forgiving and durable that they’ve never failed her, even when stretching the limits. The couple decided years ago that they would become BERNINA specialists; we only sell, service and teach on   BERNINA  machines.

 Jonathan's expertise as a BERNINA technician has been a mainstay of our reputation. His years of experience combined with an innate mechanical talent – plus his own sewing experience – make him an exceptional sewing machine mechanic. Jonathan is never satisfied until the machine is as good as factory can get; we only use genuine BERNINA parts and oils and never substitute with knock-offs.

Our classes are very small and tailored to the individual needs of students. They are included at no additional charge with your in-store BERNINA purchase (an up to $300 value).

With our on-going Trouble-Shooting Service (for machine purchasers) you are entitled to ask us any questions you have that apply to your sewing – just call, e-mail or stop in so that we can help make your sewing easier. We’re here to help when you need it, and that’s when it means the most!
